The following is our basic list of services and the associated pricing. These prices ONLY apply to residential computer reapir. For computers used for business purposes, please refer to our business page.
 Trip Charge |
This only applies to onsite computer repair service. If you drop off and pick up the computer, this charge does not apply. If we have to come onsite, you will be charged a trip charge. | $ 50.00 |
 Computer Repair |
The first problem will encounter a "computer repair" charge. The exception to this is a reload, in which case we do not charge a "computer repair" charge. Each aditional problem will be charged the fee based on the problem type. | $ 100.00 |
 New Computer Setup |
When you purchase a new computer, get the white glove service and have the computer setup! This includes unboxing the computer, dusting where the old computer was, removing the old computer, setting up the new computer, inital configuration, migrating you data, installing required programs (limit of 3 programs), installing anti-virus, installing a printer, getting on the internet, and configuring email. | $ 250.00 |
 Virus Removal |
This is the same as "computer repair" but has been denoted for enphasis that we do fix virus infections. Our technicians remove the virus by hand! We are not a "reload shop", but try to fix the computer's virus problem. In some instances, the only choice is to reload the computer, but we do try to avoid it! | $ 100.00 |
 Internet Problems |
This is the same as "computer repair" but has been denoted for enphasis that we do fix internet problems. In a lot of the cases, the problem is with your computer and/or network -- we will resolve these. If the problem is on you internet providers side, or problems with their equipment, we will work directly with your internet provider to ensure the problem gets resolved. | $ 100.00 |
 Computer Reloads |
Reloading a computer is reserved for specific instances, unless expliciatly requested by the customer, and if not requires requires permission from a senior technician. Our reload process start with validating that we have software licenses and media, follwed by backin up the machine, reloading windows, drivers, and software, and then restoring your data to the computer. | $ 250.00 |
Additional ProblemsEach computer serviced will be charged one of the above rates. For that computer, each additional problem or service requested will be additional based on the rates below. | ||
 Cameras & Devices |
If you have multiple problems, and one of those problems involves a camera, smart phone, iPod, or other device, this charge will be applied. | $ 25.00 |
 Printer Setup |
If you have multiple problems, and one of those problems involves a printer, scanner, fax, or all-in-one, this charge will be applied. | $ 50.00 |
 Desktop Upgrades |
If you have multiple problems, and one of those problems involes a hardware upgrade, installation of new hardware or memory, this charge will apply. | $ 25.00 |
 Laptop Hardware |
If you problem involes laptop hardware changes that require the disassembly of the laptop, this charge will be applied for each laptop disassembled. | $ 150.00 |
 Install Software |
If you problem involes loading multiple programs, or more than one problem, this fee will be applied to each program we install on the computer. | $ 40.00 |
 Backups |
If you have multiple problems, and one of those problems involes the setup or troubleshooting of backups, this charge will apply. If you have two forms of backups, online and to a USB hard drive, this charge will be apply for each. | $ 50.00 |
 Data Recovery |
Most of the time our technicians can read the data from you computer and disks. In the case that the disk is physically bad, and our technicians cannot recover the data, we can send the drive to a lab that can attempt the data recovery. This charge will apply to each drive sent to data recovery. | $ 950.00 |
 Home Theater Computers |
TVs and computers have merged. Use your computer, laptop, or tablet to watch TV, Netflix, or Hulu. We can get this setup and working on most TVs. | $ 50.00 |
For example, if you are having internet issues and you printer will not print, you'll be looking at a $50 trip charge, $100 internet repair, and $50 printer setup charge for a grant total of $200.00. If we cannot fix or resolve a problem, you will incur no charge for that service. All payments are due in full when the problem is resolved.
