Internetwork Consulting provides computer repair, network support, server repair, and software development for the Houston area including Katy, The Woodlands, King Wood, Baytown, LaPort, Pasadena, Sugarland, Richmond, Missouri City, Fort Bend, Stafford, Pearland, Tomball, Channelview, and Cypress areas. We are proud to support our clients from their computer to the Internet. This includes their computers, laptops, local network, servers, routers, internet services, remote locations, and hosted applications that are used. Internetwork Consulting (INC) provides services including, but not limited to, planning, procurement, acquisition, development, deployment, education, management, maintenance, and/or repair of information technologies by qualified technicians.
Office Hours
In an effort to make ourselves available to clients, INC will maintain hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. INC will make a best effort attempt to answer all calls during regular business hours. If no one is available to answer you call, INC will return all messages, including voice mail and email, by the next business day.
Appointments
Consulting schedules appointments in two hour intervals. These appointments are arrival windows: the technician is scheduled to arrive between the beginning and end of the appointment. While we understand that your time is important, we cannot commit to arriving at a specific time: the scope of the preceding appointment may be unpredictable. If the quantity of work cannot be completed in the allotted two hour time frame, the project will either be picked up, or the work not completed will be rescheduled. Clients may request to have multiple slots scheduled.
One Hour Minimum
Each two hour appointment requested requires a minimum of one billable hour. If the technician predicts the appointment will take more than one slot, the client will not be liable for more than the one hour minimum. If the client requests more than one two hour slot, the client will be liable for a minimum of one hour per slot.
Phone and Remote Services
Any phone or remote support session over 10 minutes in time will be regarded as a service: an appointment will need to be made and billed as such. If you require telephone or remote support, you must schedule an appointment, so that we can set aside the time to properly address your objectives. This includes any phone call, consultation, or remote assistance, over 10 minutes. These appointments will be billed like all other appointments.
Customer Information
INC may retain customer information for client support purposes only. While INC may retain client information, INC does not claim responsibility for maintaining client files besides those required for accounting purposes. INC will direct client to retain certain information in a "computer" file. This file is the clients responsibility to maintain.
Billing
All services and materials invoiced are subject to the "terms and conditions of sale" as stated on the back of invoices. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance. Clients paying at time of invoicing may take a 10% discount on labor only. Clients paying by credit card will lose the 10% at time of invoicing discount. Any acquisition, development, or project over $500.00 will be subject to a 50% deposit before the appointment can be scheduled or the order placed. After establishing a relationship, INC may agree to being mailed a check after the services are completed and invoiced. These terms will be "net 7": payment in full is due within seven days from invoice date. Invoices are aged from the date written, not the date due. All unpaid invoices will be charged interest on the 30th day after invoicing. Clients will lose the privilege of "net 7" if an invoice goes over 90 days in age. All returned payments will be assessed a $30.00 fee regardless of reason. Rates are subject to change without notice, written or verbal.
Travel and Accommodations
Clients outside the Houston area will be charged for travel and accommodations if needed. INC may charge a clients $0.50 per mile traveled by car for each mile in excess of 30 miles from downtown Houston. For air travel, clients will be liable for air fare, hotel, and taxi's if logistically necessary.
Discounts and Goodwill
INC may provide clients with discounts and goodwill at INC's sole discretion. These discounts and goodwill should not be expected nor be interpreted as normal business practices. Should a misunderstanding or expectation develop, INC will have no choice but to strictly adhere to this policy.
