Billing Rates
Our standard billing rates are provided for reference sake. Some clients may be billed at different rates depending on their standing with Internetwork Consulting.
Base Rates
The following are our base rates. Regular rates apply to desktop support. Specialty rates apply to servers, specialized applications, and networks.

| INC schedules appointments starting at 8 am with a one hour lunch at 12 noon, and the last appointment ends at 3pm. From 3 pm to 5 pm, INC reserves for equipment pickups. Regular billing appointments must be scheduled one day in advance, in a first come first serve basis. | |
Specialties Off-site |
$114.00 / hour |

Specialties performed off-site, at the technicians office, are chaged a lower labor rate. The objective is to allow a specialized technician spend more time working than traveling. |

Specialties On-site |
$171.00 / hour |
| Specialty services command a higher rate, and as a result, Internetwork Consulting must charge more for those services. Specialty services include application and server support. When the knowledge required is of a specialty outside the realm of desktop support, specialty rates will apply. | |
Surcharges
For those requiring after hours and emergency services, the rates are increased by the designated percentage.
After Hours |

| For any appointments requested outside the 8 am to 3 pm slots, and scheduled at least one day in advance on a fist come first serve basis will be considered an after hour appointment. | |
Emergency |
+ 50 % |
| Any services required before our next available appointment will be treated as an emergency, and billed at the associated rate. INC reserves the right to determine what does or does not constitute an emergency. | |
