Residential / In Home Prices
Please note that these prices are for residential services only. If you are using business software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems), you will not qualify for the flat rate prices.
Trip ChargeThis is the charge to come onsite for residential computer services. |

Computer RepairFor each computer we service, this fee will apply. This include connecting a printer, viruses/popups/spyware, or other computer problems not requiring reloading Windows. If you have problems relating to a device, and no other problems, this will cover the computer/device problem. |

Backup & ReloadIf you computer needs reloaded, this price will be charged. We backup your computer, reload it using the manufactures software, and restore you documents, data, and pictures. |

Data RecoveryIf you hard drive fails, we can ship the drive to a lab for data recovery. This is a 4 to 6 week process. If the data is recovered, you'll be responsible for the total fee. If the data cannot be recovered, this will not be applied. |

DevicesIf you problem involves a device, the first device is included in the "Computer Repair" fee assuming no other problem are presented. After the first device, each additional device will be charges the following. |

Software InstallationIf you are having software loaded onto the computer, the first program is included in the "Computer Repair" fee assuming that no other problems are present. Each additional software package to be loaded is additional. |
